WYLD BLU
WYLD BLU: Blues Artist of The Year

Wyld Blu was awarded 2019 BLUES ARTIST OF THE YEAR Thomas Edison Music Award (The Eddies).

The award ceremony held on Sunday April 14, 2019 at the historic Proctor's Theater was hosted by musician/comedian Erin Harkes and featured live performances by a variety of acts of all genres. Wyld Blu also performed live at the gala event celebrating the amazing talent in the Capital Region.

The Eddies were established through the partnership of The Collaborative magazine and Capital Records Live! The team includes 70 judges from across the region, representing all aspects of the music industry and lending their expertise to assessing winners in each of 37 award categories.

A Little history: Thomas Edison conceived the phonograph prior to moving his Edison Machine Works to Schenectady, and his invention—the first to reproduce sound rather than simply record it—transcended geography, bringing music to the world.
